Yesterday was my first 500 calorie day. I wasn't really hungry but I also didn't eat the fruit. Today I will.
It's going to be a challenging day. I have to leave at 3pm and drive to Seattle to write up a contract. I can eat my lunch but dinner I will have to take with me. I find this part of the diet the most challenging. If I were sitting at a desk all day it wouldn't be an issue but on the run it's not so easy. I have to figure out recipes that can be eaten cold. Chicken and steak work best for me.
