Woo hoo! I lost a pound! Well I gained a pound during my load days so it's really just the pound I gained.
Today I had chicken breast and tomatoes with garlic for lunch and poached tilapia with steamed spinach for dinner. I also had the 2 melba toasts and an apple and orange.
Yep I am dreaming of fettucine alfredo. I had a very healthy day and yet I want fat laden food. What gives? I know I can't eat it because that is what got me into this situation in the first place. I am not terribly hungry but I am used to eating much more.
My new mantra is Nothing tastes as good as skinny feels!
