Feeling good. Losing weight. Had to take lunch with me since I was showing homes to a client. I brought shrimp and asparagus with garlic and ginger, an apple and a melba toast.
For dinner I had poached tilapia and steamed spinach with garlic and an orange. I often eat the melba toast and fruit in between meals to keep my blood sugar even.
No side effects so far. I am still craving pasta. Hope it passes soon. Wonder how long it takes? I won't be able to eat it for 2 months. After the 40 days on HCG it's another 3 weeks of no sugar or starches. Back to a modified Atkins for 3 weeks. At least I'll be able to eat salad dressing and olive oil again.
