Day 5

Weight 150.4

I won't be home this afternoon or evening so I will have to make my dinner and bring it with me. I'll make shrimp and tomatoes to bring. I'll bake it with garlic and MCT oil with italian seasonings.

Lunch will be the tilapia and spinach and orange. Breakfast is standard. I have a protein shake and a cup of green tea.

I woke up with a slight pain in my side. Have no idea what it's from. Stress could be the cause. Stress causes a lot of health problems people have.

So far I am liking this diet. It's easy and I am losing weight. Once I am completely off it I will hit the gym hard and get toned and fit.
